Mathew Lake, ZY's creator and head chef, has had a full career filled with famous names and outstanding places. But he wanted to do something different. Something important. Something in Salt Lake. ZY(pronounced Zī) will feature American cuisine in a whole new light. It is located directly behind the Gallivan Center (to the East) in downtown Salt Lake City. In addition to nightly dining, ZY will hold interactive events throughout the year that specialize in sharing the goodness of delicious food.
